Reegan's class party is tomorrow and SANTA is COMING!!!

She had to make "pupcakes" for him. Cookies and milk are so old school!

Holiday activity # 10

We are a little behind the game this year... (Yikes) however, for all the years I lived at home we never put up our tree until my birthday on the 15th ~ so if I go by that I am still ahead of things! lol. Reegan is very happy - she likes her BIG tree and we will decorate it tomorrow once it lets out a bit after being in the net.

Holiday acitvity #9

Reegan got a wonderful surprise when she got home from school....

SANTA sent her a letter in response to her letter we drop off in the Santa mailbox last week. I totally didn't expect to get a return letter when we dropped hers off. It was a nice surprise.

Her she is finding the letters inside the two doors in front!
She can recognize her name when it is written out. She was so psyched!

It was a very personalized letter and made reference to what she actually wrote in her letter. One very happy little girl!
Quintin wasn't as impressed with his letter.

He would rather play with these silly santas!

Activity # 6 & 7

A little late setting up the Advent Calendar but we haven't been feeling well here. So... better late than never. Reegan was happy because she got to eat the goodies in Day 1-6, lol.

Holiday activity day #7....

A visit with Santa! Boy was she excited. She told him she has been a good girl (**cough, cough**) and listens to her mommy & daddy. She told him she wanted him to bring her a blue choo-choo train. Quinton did not like Santa one bit! This was the best pic we could get.

Off we go to mail our letters the kids wrote the other day...

Day 4 Holiday Fun

COOKIE MAKING for SANTA!!!

Pre-made cookies is the way to go!

Very easy activity. Look how perfect they are. Exactly measured out, lol. Santa likes sprinkles! Quinton just played with the cooking utensils.

He has the beginning of pink eye

we didn't want him to really get involved.

The girl is definitely a sneak!!! She was more than entertained by the containers. I turned around once and found her like this! She's nuts!!! Our finished product.

Reegan wanted to put the hat on the cookies

so Santa would know the cookies were for him.

Devon helped out later...

by eating all the peanut butter cookies with the chocolate chips on them.

Holiday activity - Day 3...

Not too creative but everyone is under the weather here...

so we went for the old Classic. I mean really how can you resist that NOSE!

We watched Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer!

Reegan loved it and was so excited

about the special snacks she got to eat on the couch... shhhh!

Poor Baby Q only lasted until the first commercial.

Reegan needed her Daddy to save her from the Bumble the Abdominal Snowman.

She covered her eyes when he was on and asked Daddy to squeeze and save her!

Day 2 - Holiday Activity

Probably not the activity the kids were hoping for today but I had to start!!

And, well Reegan is just the drama queen these days.

Ok, so this happened when I told her she had to tell Santa the truth in her letter about being a good girl, listening to mommy & daddy, and being nice to her brothers. I guess she knows she had a few "naughty" days!
