Happy Father's Day Daddy

My Dad is special because he plays with my pizza..... really what the heck is this?

Bobby has finally received his first of many handmade gifts from Reegan. She made him a "keychain" at school. We are not sure what it means and when you ask Reegan she just laughs hysterically.

Poor Bobby! She also made him a hat with her hand print on it. I am sure it will become his yardwork hat.

I can't believe it has been a whole year already. Time flies way too fast sometimes. Just doesn't seem fair. Today of all days Quinton decided to tackle the stairs too and to our surprise made it all the way up without any help. DARN IT! No stopping him now I guess.

Kids Day on the Town Green

We went to Annual Kid's Fair on the town green today.

The money raised is donated to Childhood Cancer Research.

Race in the Park

What a great day and it didn't rain...

We spent the morning at Walnut Hill Park in New Britain for the Race in the Park. The Race is one of the many spring fundraising events in CT for Breast Cancer Research. I have participated in this race many times in the past (missed you this year Rube xoxo) but today was extra special. We were there for Mom today. She just had another surgery this past Tuesday and she walked the whole three

miles!! Oh yeah and she didn't leak!! Whoo-hoo!

We are all amazed by your strength and courage over the past two and a half years.

Devon turns 13!

Well my first baby boy has turned 13 on April 8, 2008. It really doesn't seem fair. I mean I don't have too many gray hairs... do I?

Bobby and I surprised Devon with the best gift ever - NO REEGAN for 4 whole days!

Ok, actually we took him to Universal Studious in Florida. He had NO idea! We spent four days in Florida with out Reegan or Baby Q (thanks Mom!). It was really a special treat for all of us.

Some Florida happenings...

We went to see Blue Man Group while we were there. Devon was on the edge of his seat the whole time. He was amazed by the performance and tried his hardest to get picked to go on stage. No such luck but a good time anyway.

Devon went on his first rollercoaster ride! I think he is hooked and I now have a thrill seeker on my hands.

Devon practiced patience and it paid off. It took a while for the dolphin to swim close enough but in the end he was able to touch the dolphin!

He also won the biggest dolphin that almost required it's own seat on the plane from one of those basketball games they have at every amusement park. You know the one... where you put all your money into and never really win the prize - well of course Devon wins and the darn thing was as big as him!
